Our cherries (mainly of the bigarreau variety) are not appealing for the market, as they are not treated and therefore not good looking.
Furthermore, the wine and the cellar get most of our attention.
With the recently acquired plots of land, in Pezza (in Mezzane district), the cherry trees are now around thirty.
We harvest only a part of them.
This year we made the JAM.
